Verification before access
A one-time code goes to the recipient’s email address. The document does not open until that code is entered, so the signature is tied to an address you chose.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
Finalized documents carry AES-256-GCM application-level encryption on top of encrypted cloud storage, and every request travels over HTTPS.
A record anyone can check
Each completed envelope gets a public verification page. Send the link to a counterparty, an auditor, or a court, and they see the record without an account.
What the audit trail records
Not a status field — a running log. Every event on the envelope is written with a timestamp, and the originating IP address and browser are captured for the ones that matter.
The completed envelope bundles that log with the sealed PDF and the signing certificate, so the evidence travels with the document.
